The Joanie Glamorous Diamanté Crystal Earrings for your wedding
Your Glorious by Heidi accessory will arrive beautifully packaged and wrapped in crisp white tissue paper.
I would recommend that you store your accessory in it's original packaging and away from direct sunlight.
I always use non-tarnish components in my design, but if your accessory should appear dulled, or require cleaning, I recommend you clean your accessory using a specialist anti-tarnish jewellery polishing cloth, or a cotton bud dipped in a saline solution and gently rolled over the surface of your accessory.
My aim is to make sure that you adore your Glorious by Heidi accessory and therefore we won't need to talk refunds. However, I am aware that occasionally an item may be damaged or lost in transit, if this is the case, please email me immediately so I can take appropriate action: heidi@gloriousbyheidi.com
If you are not entirely satisfied with your accessory you can return it within seven days of receiving it for a full refund minus the cost of postage. This does not apply to bespoke or customised orders. Bespoke orders are unique designs agreed upon following private consultation with Heidi. A customised design is a piece where elements of a standard Glorious by Heidi design has been altered to make it personal to you.

Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with any labels still attached in order to receive a refund.
Refunds cannot be given if the item is returned after seven working days.
When returning items please ensure you retain proof of postage and that you choose a postal method which offers compensation to cover the value of the goods. It is recommended that any parcel with contents worth more than £50 be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the contents are fully insured as Glorious by Heidi cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods that have not been correctly insured.
