Introduction

All items are hand crafted and as such are subject to slight variations. The photographs shown on this website are representative of the completed article and are given in good faith. Illustrations are not necessarily to scale. Every attempt is made to capture ‘true’ colours in the product photography but variations on your computer screen cannot be accounted for. Cultured freshwater pearls are a natural product and as such vary in colour, size and shape.

When in doubt, please email with any questions prior to purchase.

 

Alterations

 

The listed price is unique to the accessories as illustrated and described. Any modifications to the size/shape/length/colours of items may affect the price. If in doubt, please e-mail heidi@gloriousbyheidi.com for a quote prior to ordering.

 

Payment

Payment is taken in full via the website through Stripe or PayPal or ClearPay. Staged payments are available via the website using PayPal or ClearPay.

 

Please get in touch by email heidi@gloriousbyheidi.com or phone 07904 301059 if you would prefer to pay by bacs transfer, this can easily be arranged. Goods will not be sent until full payment has been received.

We retain the right to cancel any orders for which no payment has been received.

International Customers

 

Please purchase your piece at least 3 months prior to the date you will need your order to arrive. Shipping may take from 2 weeks to 1 month. All parcels are subject to customs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and not Glorious by Heidi. Parcels cannot be marked as "gifts" on customs documents so please do not request this.

Unsuitable for Children

 

Due to the small components used in the construction of most of the designs, few are suitable for young children. We strongly recommend close parental supervision of any child wearing accessories.
