Founded in 2011 by me, a regular music festival goer, old school raver (yes I DID live in Manchester in the 90's AND go to the Hacienda) and live music lover (current faves are CMAT, Self Esteem, and new Pulp) Glorious by Heidi celebrates the power of self-expression through unique, ethical, sustainable, handcrafted wedding hair accessories.
Based in Cheshire, UK, I specialise in designing and creating exquisite wedding hair accessories, earrings, hair pins, hair combs and hair vines for brides, grooms, and all the lovers, who cherish the freedom to be who they are whilst honouring a core ethos of sustainability and ethics in fashion.

My passion for style and self-expression is rooted in my love of dressing up for summer festivals, music events and a good night out with friends. Knowing first hand the joy that comes from being complimented by complete a complete stranger on a fabulous outfit, I pour that positive energy into every wedding accessory I create.

1. For over twelve years I've been creating ethical, sustainable wedding accessories that are anything but quiet. My work is created using couture techniques. The designs are dramatic, and conceived for clients who want to feel like the main character on their wedding day.
2. I design luxury wedding hair accessories and statement earrings that are unapologetically glamorous, red carpet, front cover worthy pieces that have graced hundreds of brides across the UK and overseas.
3. Every bridal crown, wedding headpiece and pair of earrings is handcrafted in my Cheshire studio using couture techniques that I've refined over the course of countless commissions. These aren't mass produced wedding accessories, this is wearable wedding day art.
4. One bride travelled from Liverpool to my studio and wrote afterwards: "Her handmade hairpieces are even more stunning in person...my headpiece finished off my look & was absolutely perfect on my wedding day." And that's the magic I strive for!
5. Bespoke designs make my heart very happy. As one of my wonderful clients put it: "She really took the time to get to know me, my tastes, and my vision...taking inspiration from my dress, she created a unique piece that tied everything together perfectly."
6. I don't just design wedding accessories, I design experiences. Clients often tell me that a wedding accessory consultation with me feels like a ritual of confidence giving. 7. My hair accessories for brides, handcrafted in the UK, are bold and distinctive, but also deeply personal. Some clients choose from my online collections, some ask for customisation of my core wedding accessory designs, others commission pieces that exist nowhere else in the world!
8. I care as much about how my designs feel when you're wearing them, as how they look. One bride who rarely wears accessories wrote: "It (her bridal hair accessory) was light to wear and really didn't feel like I was wearing anything....it was a dream to wear." Looking good on your wedding day should absolutely not be an uncomfortable experience.
9. Every design carries my ethos which is that style should be sustainable. My ethically and sustainably handcrafted wedding accessories use carefully chosen components from suppliers who are transparent about their own sustainability pledges, Red carpet wedding day should never cost the earth.
