Your Glorious by Heidi accessory will arrive beautifully packaged and wrapped in crisp white tissue paper.
I would recommend that you store your accessory in it's original packaging and away from direct sunlight.
I always use non-tarnish components in my design, but if your accessory should appear dulled, or require cleaning, I recommend you clean your accessory using a specialist anti-tarnish jewellery polishing cloth.
My aim is to make sure that you adore your Glorious by Heidi accessory and therefore we won't need to talk refunds. If you are not entirely satisfied with your accessory you can return it within seven days of receiving it for a full refund minus the cost of postage. This does not apply to bespoke orders.
