My aim is to make sure that you adore your Glorious by Heidi accessory and therefore we won't need to talk refunds. However, I am aware that occasionally an item may be damaged or lost in transit, if this is the case, please email me immediately so I can take appropriate action: heidi@glorioustiaras.co.uk
If you are not entirely satisfied with your accessory you can return it within seven days of receiving it for a full refund minus the cost of postage. This does not apply to bespoke orders. Bespoke orders are bouquets, any standard designs where we change an element to make it personal to you, or unique designs agreed upon following private consultation with Heidi.
If you would like a refund please email heidi@glorioustiaras.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition, in their packaging with any labels still attached in order to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be given if the item is returned after seven days.
When returning items please ensure you retain proof of postage and that you choose a postal method which offers compensation to cover the value of the goods. It is recommended that any parcel with contents worth more than £50 be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the contents are fully insured as Glorious by Heidi cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods that have not been correctly insured.
