The moment that inspired the 10 Days to Glory edit of fast delivery wedding accessories
The idea for the 10 Days to Glory collection of fast delivery wedding accessories began with a bride who was running out of time...
A hairstylist who I work with and who uses some of my hair accessory samples in her hair trials, had been working with a bride to be who fell in love with my SUNNY ponytail accessory. SUNNY had worked to beautifully elevate her cute, modern, bridal ponytail at her trial, but with her wedding less than a month away and the standard lead time from ordering for this particular bridal hair accessory being 6-8 weeks, this bride was seriously considering paying full price for the sample design, just so she could wear the accessory on her wedding day.
Luckily, my stylist friend contacted me to ask if there was any way I could create a new piece for her client within the shortened time frame.
Because I had the materials in stock and have refined the making process for SUNNY, I was able to create a new version for this bride to be in time for her wedding.
And that's the moment that I realised something. There would be many other brides out there in the same situation, brides who had seen their dream Glorious by Heidi hair accessory, seen the standard couture crafted lead time of between 6-12 weeks, and thought they must be out of time to order. I knew I could do something about this, and so I did.
